Why We Have This Policy

Our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. Once content is accessed, it cannot be "returned." We invest significant resources into producing high-quality training, and our pricing reflects that value.

We strongly encourage all prospective students to review program details thoroughly, watch any available free content, and reach out with questions before purchasing.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and may permanently revoke program access where fraudulent disputes are filed. Please contact us directly with any billing concern — we will work with you to resolve it.

Subscriptions & Payment Plans

If your purchase includes a subscription or installment plan, you may cancel future payments at any time by contacting us at support@joindava.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
